Have you ever noticed how you are never supposed to push the red button?I mean seriously,WHY???Red is a good color,and should not be discriminated!!!Allright,I am not really that intruiged by this,mainly because I have come up with my own theory.My theory is that the button is red because red is a color to be taken seriously.Like,for example,what color makes you stop so that there are not any wrecks,RED.That is my theory on why you should never push a red button.
So…I made it into the Nashville school of ballet!It took ALOT of hard work,and a “small” bit of nerves…but I did make it.
How come people just assume that kids who home school are sheltered, obnoxious, nerdy, socially awkward, ect.I mean We are nothing like that!!!Well…If we are being completely honest,I can’t speak for all of us…But I am a cool person!At least I’ve been told that.Anyway,My biggest pet peeve has to be when people look at me and go,’What school do you go to?”once I’ve given my answer they reply,”Lucky!!!I have to go to real school.”What people often assume is that all we do is sleep all day, go outside for science class, and things like that.WE DO SCHOOL!!!It just so happens that my mom is my teacher.You could say that’s better,our you could say that it’s worse.I mean if I do something wrong,they legally have the right to spank me!So please,go out into the world,and make friends with a home schooled kid and you will soon figure out how awesome we really are.
So I just got an email saying,”Congratulations Emma!You have been accepted into the Nashville School of Ballet!”
I can’t stop jumping around!!!!This is soooo AMAZING!
Another simple blessing is(I can’t believe I’m saying this,)chores!I know it sounds crazy,but chores help prepare us for having jobs.It also teaches us responsability and discipline.Even though we don’t enjoy them,they sure do help later!-Emma-
Hello everyone!Happy Easter!I thought that today would be a good day for Simple things#2!So here it is!!!
Today my simple blessing is my Easter dress.My Easter dress is a huge blessing that remains unnoticed.It is really a great feeling when you find the perfect dress,and you have just enough extra to buy it!I almost couldn’t get one,when out of the blue it was possible!
Another blessing is that I didn’t have to buy new shoes to match!I already had exactly what I needed.I love how God works out those little details,and doesn’t mind if we forget them.But we should not forget them so…keep up with this blog!!!;)

1 There is so much going on with me.I’m being blessed every single day with great people,great places,and so many other kinds.(I am in no way bragging when I post things.)
Just recently my brother got a girlfriend…At first I was freaked out,(by the idea,not the girlfriend.)but now that I have hung out with her more,I am realizing that she is one of the many blessings.Is it odd that I count her as a blessing?No…but if you think it is,then you might be taking those things for granted.That is why I have decided to share some simple blessings to hopefully open your eyes to your own simple blessings.-Emma-<3
